Samsung Galaxy Note 7: Boom or Bust
This term project was developed for Public Relations Case Studies at American University. The assignment called for a deep investigation into a newsworthy brand event—my partner and I chose to explore Samsung’s crisis communication response.
The case study is structured in three phases: the first two analyze key missteps in Samsung’s handling of the crisis, and the third offers our strategic recommendation to help rebuild the brand reputation.
I’ve chosen to highlight this project as a reflection of both my strategic thinking and visual communication skills. I was solely responsible for designing the full layout of the 27-page report—marrying thoughtful analysis with clean, compelling design.
